Tabitha Arrington, PMHNP
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
Reaching out for help when you feel mentally unwell is not a weakness….. it is both incredibly important and incredibly brave!
We all go through seasons of uncertainty, sadness and worry, and sometimes medication can help you weather those storms.
I promise to be empathetic to your situation.
I promise to be enthusiastic about helping you become the best version of yourself.
I promise to offer a listening ear and work side-by-side with you, as a team, to create the best treatment plan for you.
I am a straight-shooter.
I know all about those generational curses and cultural barriers that sometimes keep us from seeking help. Do you ever feel trapped? Less-than? Not enough?
I understand that and I want to lift you up.
After all, there is no one else like you; you were born to be you…. and I can help.
More about me….
I received my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. I have years of experience in critical care, as well as inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. I am board certified to see ages 6 to 99. But if you’re 100… you’re not excluded.
I am married and have one son. When I am not in the office, I enjoy reading, traveling, exercising, cooking, shopping (that’s right!) and spending time with my family.
“Just because no one else can heal or do your inner work for you, doesn’t mean you can, should, or need to do it alone.” ~ Lisa Olivera
